We offer a flat rate delivery service to New Zealand for all products purchased from this website in NZD. All goods are delivered with insurance via TNT Express Priority. Shipping normally occurs within 24 hours of payment and you should receive your product (depending on location) within the normal time-frame stipulated by TNT Express.

Other Countries

We offer a flat rate delivery service Worldwide for all products purchased from this website in USD. All goods are delivered with insurance via TNT Express Priority. Shipping normally occurs within 24 hours of payment and you should receive your product (depending on location) within the normal time-frame stipulated by TNT Express.

Returns

All Footime products are covered by a full 12 month warranty. If a fault appears in any Footime product please contact us for warranty details.

If you are not satisfied that the product that you have purchased from this website will perform as stated then please contact us to organise a Return Authority within 14 days of purchase. We will process refunds of product received in original condition with original packaging and a Return Authority. Any goods to be considered for refund must be received by us within 21 days of purchase. All return shipping is our customers' responsibility. We recommend that any returns within Australia are sent via Australia Post's Registered Post service. We recommend that all other returns be sent by a service that includes parcel trackability - TNT Express, UPS, Fedex etc. Any refund required will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the item adhering to our Return Policy and are applied less any shipping charges.
